e singing lessons but Milton came in with a positive attitude. Milton is very friendly, funny, professional and always enthusiastic when asking questions about music. I use to be very shy, "never want to sing in front of people" type of girl, but ever since I started lessons with him, I sing all the time in front of people, starting to perform on stage, built A LOT of confidence, and found what type of musician I am. All the things he teaches me is VERY USEFUL, I apply everything we learn to my music and it has made a huge difference. I've come to learn that the tiniest things count! I highly recommend him and you'll have the best time!"
Many of us have seen it happen while watching singing competition shows like The Voice, American Idol, or The X Factor— “You’re voice is incredible, but the song choice was all wrong.”  It usually ends with an elimination, especially if it is a consistent pattern.  You might love a certain genre of music, but knowing whether a song is a good fit for your voice and audition is critical. Like many things, success is dependent on knowing your strengths and showcasing them.  So what are the best so
I spent five nights per week on stage for 25 years singing broadway music.  I have over 30 years of performance, production, direction, recording, and on stage experience, having performed in literally hundreds of shows.I studied acting and music at Santa Fe University of Art & Design, and have studied with Carol Burnett & Samuel L. I am also a licensed high school theatre and music teacher.   As for on stage, I teach focus and relaxation.  I am skilled at stage pesentati ... View Profile
If your child loves to sing, you probably knew it before they could talk. While you should always encourage singing, most children under the age of 7 generally don't have the focus or patience needed for formal singing lessons. With persistence and motivation some kids have learned to play sing at some impressively young ages, but it really comes down to is the individual attitude and maturity level of the student.

There is not a more powerful tool in building confidence than overcoming the fear of public performance and public speaking. Vocal lessons teach students to control and train their body to relax while performing. Anxiety and performance-induced stress often translates into bad vocal performances. Many singers find themselves great singers in smaller, informal settings - in the recording studio or even the shower - and often find it challenging or impossible to reproduce the same quality performance in front of a larger audience.  Our teachers will teach you how to overcome this fear and to release your inner confidence and full musical potential.
In addition to nurturing a child's passion for singing, it's important to keep his or her voice healthy as they grow and get stronger vocals. The main purpose of children's singing lessons is to make the learning process fun. As a student begins to enjoy the learning and improvement process, the instructor can work on advancing the fundamentals, techniques, and practice of singing.
There exists a science that dictates how a beautiful tone is produced.  One of the things that can give a singer a gorgeous tone is the use of vocal resonances.  These resonances (Frontal sinus, Sphenoid sinus, Maxillary sinus and Ethmoid air cells) enhance phonation in quality of tone, intensity and color.  This results in a beautiful, rich and unique sound.   In contrast, resonating poorly will make one's voice sound thin and ordinary.  At "Beautiful Voice NJ" students spend of part of their private singing lesson learning how to resonate.

Sam Siv publishes yet another great eBook--this time on singing! I've been musician for years with the piano and violin, and have always loved a little singing in the shower. Intonation has always been a problem though, and Siv has provided the perfect solution! His tips are helpful and give good results, and my brother is definitely happier with my singing now: at least it's not out of key.

Depending on the program, School of Rock's singing lessons can cost from around $150 to $350 per month. Exact prices may vary between locations. Unlike most hourly singing lessons, our programs include weekly private singing lessons and group rehearsals that inspire confidence and teamwork. Vocal students are also welcome to use our facilities whenever we're open, even if they just want to hangout and learn from or collaborate with other musicians.
If you're wondering, "Am I a good singer?", you may be tempted to get advice and input from the Internet via one of the many "rate my voice" type of websites. Here, Liz T. explains the pros and cons of going this route...   Many singers are curious to know what kind of feedback they'll receive if they post a video or clip of themselves singing on a “rate my voice” website, such as midomi.com, singist.com, and even YouTube. I'm here to tell you the pros and cons of these websites and how

Rodolfo is as good as it gets. He is a highly experienced teacher who has been studying the voice for years. He knows the ins and outs of every component of the voice, and strictly focuses on technique, and his training regime reflects this. More so, he has worked with students all across the music spectrum in all genres, and cares GREATLY about your future as a musician, and works selflessly to help you achieve your personal goals with music. I've taken 3 lessons with Rodolfo, and my voice has improved incrementally already. LOOK NO FURTHER, trust me!

The greatest thing about this audiobook for me is that I have a tween-aged grandson who is an aspiring singer/vocalist. He's never had a lesson or been in choir yet he has a naturally perfect pitch. When he stays over, I listen to him sing the National Anthem and America the Beautiful over and over again and I'm just in awe as to where this boy gets ... full review
